At least three teenagers were killed and seven people injured after debris from a drone targeting an Ozon logistics facility fell on a private children’s center in Krasnodar, southern Russia, according to Russian officials. The victims were reportedly aged 13, 15 and 16.
Russian authorities said air defenses had initially intercepted the drone during a large-scale overnight attack. Officials also reported that several Ozon logistics facilities across southern Russia came under attack, with employees evacuated from facilities in Adygeysk and Nevinnomyssk. Fires were reported at logistics sites in Krasnodar and Adygea.
Meanwhile, Russia’s Defense Ministry said its forces conducted overnight strikes against Ukrainian port infrastructure and supply facilities in the Odesa region, including areas around Pivdennyi port. Moscow claimed the strikes targeted fuel, military-related equipment and infrastructure used to support Ukrainian forces.
The claims concerning the targets, casualties and damage could not be independently verified.
