Switzerland’s Foreign Ministry has confirmed that discussions between the United States and Iran are continuing at the Burgenstock resort, a well-known Swiss diplomatic venue often used for sensitive international negotiations.
The Swiss government stated that it will continue to provide a “discreet and reliable setting” to support talks aimed at implementing a memorandum of understanding between Washington and Tehran.
However, officials emphasized that no details will be disclosed regarding participants or the content of the negotiations, citing the need for confidentiality in high-stakes diplomacy.
